1 General Provisions & Definitions

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 — Registration Process

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 — Deposit Methods & Limits

vdt22 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 — Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request has been verified and approved, the transfer is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. A sufficient verified balance must be available in the account at the time of withdrawal.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount. The wagering requirement is 10x (ten times).

5.3 — General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled automatically once it expires.
• You may not apply for a new bonus while another bonus offer is still active.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Bonuses may only be used for personal entertainment purposes.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per household or device.

5.4 — VIP Program

vdt22's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%, Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%, and Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2%. Progression through each tier depends on overall activity and contribution on the platform.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

6.1 — Fair Play Commitment

All games on the vdt22 platform are operated using a verifiable and impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). This ensures that the outcome of every game is completely impartial and not predetermined.

6.2 — System Errors

Any winnings or bonuses incorrectly awarded due to a technical or software error will be considered void. In such circumstances, vdt22 reserves the right to correct or cancel the relevant transaction.

6.3 — Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, a bet is considered final once the result of the game has been announced. If a match is cancelled or postponed, that bet will be cancelled and the original stake will be refunded. Results obtained from official sources will be considered final.

6.4 — Multiple Bets & Arbitrage

Arbitrage betting, the Martingale method or any other attempt to gain a systematic advantage is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account may be suspended.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vdt22 and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to influence the system through software hacking, manipulation or any other technical means.
• Playing using bots or automated software.
• Abusing the bonus system or committing bonus fraud.
• Threatening or harassing platform staff or other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of or providing access to a minor.
• Corrupted or syndicate betting.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or using another person's account.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 — Closure at User's Request

You may contact our support team at any time to request the closure of your account. It is recommended that you withdraw all outstanding balances before closing your account.

8.2 — Suspension or Closure by vdt22

vdt22 reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.

• Request from a law enforcement agency or court order.

8.3 — Balance of a Suspended Account

If an account is closed due to a breach of the rules, the balance may be forfeited. If an account is suspended for technical reasons or pending a verification process, the balance is preserved and will be withdrawable once verification is complete.
